How Defining Your Core Values Can Change Your Life and Your Leadership
Episode 003

In this episode of the Impact Table podcast, we talk about how defining our core values is essential to living a life we love and leading for impact.  Building on insights from our previous guest Mindy Barenblat, a respected leader who champions authenticity and balance, we delve into the transformative exercise of defining (and then choosing to live by) our core values. Inspired by Brene Brown's work, we introduce a values exercise to help listeners identify and prioritize their two or three most important core values.  And, we talk about what can happen when we put our core values truly at the core of our leadership.

Marssie discusses the obligation we have as leaders to uphold the values of our organizations, and why it’s important that we feel aligned with the values (written and unwritten) of the organizations we lead.   And she dives into the Impact Table's organizational core values  - Intentionality, Mutuality, Positivity, Abundance, Clarity of Purpose, and Togetherness.   And,

So many gifts in this episode including a mindset shift we ALL need and a new Impact Table Core Values Worksheet you can complete on your own and with your team.
