Mindy Barenblat on Living in Powerful Authenticity
Episode 002

How can you live and lead without turning your back on yourself and instead find the place where you are most powerful?  Mindy Barenblat, respected leader and former VP and General Manager of Blackbaud University, began with a liberal arts degree in theater and started her career in social impact at Teach for America where she quickly learned, after working herself sick, that while setting boundaries amongst so much need was difficult, it was imperative.  Mindy shares the two promises she made to herself (that every high achiever should commit to), how to find your authentic values, and why finding balance in leadership is both practical and powerful.
