Our Members

The Impact Table is a multigenerational community designed to meet you wherever you are in your leadership or impact journey. Our members are established and emerging women leaders in social impact who insist on creating meaningful impact with their work, have a strong EQ and seek leadership and personal growth beyond the typical business setting.

Our definition of social impact includes Nonprofit, Foundations, CSR, or ESG, B-corp or tech for good organizations and social entrepreneurs.

Our Emerging Leaders Program is specifically designed for early stage change agents with less than 10 years of experience.

“By joining Impact Table, I am excited to build and strengthen my network of social impact professionals who are experiencing similar challenges and opportunities as well as receive coaching on specific and actionable topics that can help me grow professionally and personally.”

“Joining the Impact Table is an investment in myself. Connecting, engaging with, and learning from amazing women change-makers from different walks of life, at varying points in their journeys, will be a gift to myself. I’m particularly drawn to the buy one/give one model.”

Impact Table for Emerging Leaders is FOR YOU if...

✔ You're an emerging leader (<10 years experience) in or adjacent to Nonprofit, Foundation, CSR, or ESG roles or B-corp or tech for good organizations.

✔ You identify as a mission-driven woman leader (or ally) and are committed to creating an impact through your work.

✔ You want to work and lead in a way that is supportive to you, your family, your community, and the greater good.

✔ You have a high EQ and crave personal and leadership growth outside of the traditional business setting.

✔ You value connecting with a variety of other social impact leaders with diverse backgrounds.

✔ You know that you have an enormous impact to make, but sometimes feel like you (or the leaders you report to!) are floundering, left confused, unsure how to navigate into greater influence, operating in a silo without guidance or support

This is NOT for you if…

✔ Your sole intention for joining is to sell or promote your product, service, individual cause, personal agenda, or job search.

✔ You are satisfied doing just any old job and do not have a desire to create meaningful impact with your work and life.

✔ You are not interested in connecting with other women leaders or you are only looking to join to sell a product or service.

✔ You are looking for one-to-one mentorship (it could happen, but it’s not part of our program structure).

✔ You are wary of building more diverse tables or unwilling to honor and respect other people's opinions, perspectives and experiences.

✔ You're okay with the idea that social impact leaders should earn less or you are looking for a free resource or community.

"Having a space where we can reinforce that we are worth our salaries, that we can advocate for ourselves, and that we can lead with empathy is imperative."

That said, we also know that as women in social impact, we’re often last on the priority list, if on it at all.

Participating in a Leaders Circle is optional, but if you do opt in, we request that you plan to join your Leaders Circle regularly (a minimum of 9 out of 12 sessions) and consider the time shared with us an investment in yourself. It will be worth it.

The Impact Table is designed for mission-driven women leaders, however, if you are someone who identifies as gender-nonconforming, non-binary, or a man and you desire to take a seat at the Table, and you also identify as an ally to women in social impact, you are welcome here.

  • At present, except for our annual retreat, all of the Impact Table experiences are virtual. We envision being able to offer in person gatherings (Impact Table led and member-led) when we reach critical mass in specific regions.

  • You do not need to be a people manager to be a leader or to take a seat at the Table.

We define the term mission-driven leader as anyone who is deeply rooted in purpose and is creating impact through their work in social impact roles across nonprofit, CSR, ESG, B-Corp and Tech for Good and Social Enterprise
