Visionary Speaker: Bibigi Haile

Impact Table Visionary Speaker Sessions are private member and invite-only gatherings that bring respected women leaders in impact to share about their personal leadership and impact journey and important lessons learned along the way.

Our guests share an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at their own leadership and impact journey and share tips and tools they’ve learned, giving members the real talk, connection and truth we all crave and inspiration you can take with you on your own path.

Following the speaker’s share is an open Q&A with the speaker and time for members to break out into small groups.

About Impact Table Visionary Speaker Sessions

Too many women in social impact are under-resourced and under-supported, navigating their leadership and impact journey alone, or in a silo.  We know, doing the world’s most important work isn’t a solo gig.  One way we can stop patching together a leadership journey built on trial and error and instinct alone is to listen and learn from others share the truth behind how they’ve navigated own leadership and impact journey, and share about our own experiences.  Through Impact Table Visionary Speaker Sessions, we remove the veil and the misconceptions of what it takes to lead an impact journey that truly transforms lives and we inspire and equip Impact Table members to elevate their own leadership.

About Bibigi

Bibigi Haile is the Founder of The Visible Women Conference and a Strategic Advisor helping women to become unapologetically visible.

Bibigi founded The Beauvoir Group to give women the license to be Unapologetically Visible, make bold moves, and stop apologizing for what they want from their professional lives.

In her first career, Bibigi was a high-performing change management consultant.  When she returned from maternity leave in 2016, she experienced complete exhaustion and depletion to the point of even having a hard time remembering her own name.  She was constantly doubting her abilities - despite over-delivering on expectations, always.

When Bibigi realized she realized she was not alone and that thousands of women across the world were and still are experiencing this fear, this anxiety, and this imposter syndrome, and this feeling of stuckness she pivoted to living out her mission and helping women become Unapologetically Visible.

The leap to public visibility can feel overwhelming.

The balance between humility and self-promotion, the uncertainty of visibility platforms especially digital ones, and those ever-present questions:

"Am I presenting my value accurately?"
"What if no one's interested?
“What if I'm perceived as 'too much'?"

And yet, you've dedicated decades refining your skills, pursuing degrees, leading, and making impactful decisions.  The world deserves to hear your perspective.  And you deserve to share it. Unapologetically.

Maybe you want to stop battling with imposter syndrome and questioning your worth despite your experience and credentials.

Maybe you want to find your voice on an online platform like LinkedIn, but it feels daunting.

Maybe you want to start a podcast, step onto a stage or develop your thought leadership but aren't sure where to begin or how to craft your narrative.

Maybe you need funding and partners for your mission, but no one knows who you are or you’re playing small in the circle you’ve been comfortable in for a long time.

Maybe you are thinking of taking the leap to start your own thing.

Bibigi knows these maybes well.  And her life’s work is to take you to the other side of maybe through allowing yourself to be visible.
