One way we can stop patching together a leadership journey built on trial and error and instinct alone is to listen and learn from others share the truth behind how they’ve navigated own leadership and impact journey, and share about our own experiences. Through Impact Table Visionary Speaker Sessions, we remove the veil and the misconceptions of what it takes to lead an impact journey that truly transforms lives and we inspire and equip Impact Table members to elevate their own leadership.
About Angela
As Co-founder and CEO of Realized Worth, a global consulting firm that designs scalable, measurable, and meaningful employee volunteer programs, Angela’s work focuses on identifying, isolating, and solving barriers faced by CSR practitioners and building Transformative Workplaces.
Prior to founding Realized Worth, Angela started and sold a cleaning business, lived and worked in marginalized communities, and led teams on Katrina relief efforts after the hurricane of 2005, among other mission-driven initiatives. Angela’s background is in communications, entrepreneurship, and nonprofits focused on underserved youth.
