How to Practice Feminine and Embodied Leadership with Hannah Wells
Episode 005

How can you practice feminine and embodied leadership to make better decisions, communicate more effectively, and find more joy in your work and life?

In this episode, Hannah Wells, mid-career sustainability leader turned soulful service and feminine leadership coach, shares what it was like being a high school student and being exposed to the impacts of a Chevron oil spill in Ecuador and how that led to her committing her education and career to sustainability in an effort to be a part of the solution.

We talk about how the weight of the problems we seek to solve and the guilt of carrying such an obligation for so many years can lead to a cycle of burnout.  And, we discuss Hannah's courageous choice that led her to learn, practice, and now celebrate and teach feminine leadership and embodied practices to individuals and groups.
