This is a partnership designed and intended to help support you as a mission-driven leader, to bring out the best in you, and enable you to maximize your impact

In your work with an Impact Table Coach, you may address specific personal projects, business challenges and successes, or general conditions in your life or profession. Our service is coaching, which is not therapy, advice, nor counseling. You are completely responsible for any actions you choose to take or to not take based on any work that you do with an Impact Table Coach. 

Our commitment to you is that all information you provide will be kept strictly confidential as allowed by law. Throughout your coaching session(s) your coach will engage in direct and personal conversations. You can rely on your coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. We ask that all parties understand that the power of this coaching relationship can only be granted by you as the client and that you agree to do just that—have the coaching relationship be powerful. This agreement may be canceled at any time as outlined by the cancellation policy below.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Individuals who purchase 1:1 Coaching as a part of a Coaching Package may cancel their Coaching Package at any time. Upon cancellation, 50% of the unused session balance will be refunded. The unused session balance is calculated as the total cost of the Coaching Package minus the cost of any 1:1 Coaching sessions already completed.

To cancel a package, please notify us via email at hello@impacttable.com with a minimum of 5 business days notice before your next coaching session.  Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.  

Cancellations or rescheduling for individual sessions may be made with 24-hour advance notice through the Calendly scheduling tool or direct communication with your Coach. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours advanced notice will be forfeited and charged the full session fee, except in the case of a sudden, serious illness or family emergency.
